Avraham’s Mother (a.k.a. “Nana”) used this recipe to make pancakes- and now that we are in Israel, we have used it, with many variations, to make pareve pancakes and waffles as well as buttermilk pancakes. If you see us selling Belgian waffles in a market, you will know what recipe we’ve used 🙂
