Getting this ball rolling…

Well, we are finally at that critical point in time where we are going to try to get the whole project to move forward. Forget the surveys, the pre-ordering thing etc… we’ll try that another day.

We have a maple syrup provider (in Vermont), we have a transport provider (in Israel) and we have the customs clearance thing sort of sorted out. We should have the legalities sorted out soon too… the red tape is coming down! We hope.
